Tour | Renovated Studio In Rural Area | Mallorca Spain

Photographed by the studio Light Locations, Nestled on a quaint estate in rural Mallorca, this unique studio has been artfully redesigned to offer an abundance of space and natural light.

The glass panel doors reach all the way up to the beams letting sunbeams pour into every inch of it while skylights provide stellar views both day and night – making it ideal for those seeking paradise!

To give the new design an organic look and feel, the exterior of this renovation project was carefully restored without any modifications; leading inside is a stunning terrace for all to admire.

The rustic ambience continues beyond with two large sliding barn doors crafted from natural wood that can be drawn back or closed completely – blending seamlessly into its surrounds no matter what!

Upon stepping into the studio, a striking separation of spaces greets us.

The staircase elegantly divides each area along both horizontal and vertical planes creating distinct zones for creativity to flourish.

The dining area has been designed with sophistication and style in mind.

A white table, complete with its metal legs and four chic chairs, provides the perfect place for a meal or conversation; meanwhile, an eye-catching planter – adorned with cork finish – injects warm personality into the room.

And what’s more? An original door is also tucked away here to whisper tales of past inhabitants in this stunning space!

Adjacent to the dining area, an inviting living space awaits with a luxurious leather modular sofa providing comfortable seating.

urther enhancing this stylish setup is a modern coffee table and sleek floor lamp casting warm light throughout the room that’s framed by an eye-catching rug.

The dining table is illuminated by a spectacular hanging light, its height an eye-catching reminder of how high the ceiling soars.

Embark on a culinary journey in this beautiful all-white kitchen.

Its moveable island and open design create an oasis of versatility with plenty of storage options to explore, such as the sleek handleless cabinets or under stairs secondary table!

Complete your cooking experience by using the pantry/deposit area through its own door access!

This studio’s use of daring white stairs creates a bold statement – one that wouldn’t be appropriate in most homes due to its high-traffic nature.

Made from concrete and boasting a pristine finish, these steps are the perfect way to add style while standing up against heavy footfall.

The second floor was designed to embody a sense of transparency and airiness, with glass guard rails in lieu of traditional dividing walls.

In the center of it all stands a gleaming bathtub, flanked by its trusty sidekick – an elegant white tabletop sink.

Its faucets jut out from the wall like brave spears in battle, while directly below is regal redwood table and ample storage space for towels and other hygienic necessities.

Together they create a majestic masterpiece within your bathroom!

Everyday modernity meets natural beauty in this bedroom, home-office hybrid space.

Behind the drywall lies a multi-functional area perfect for working from home or creative pursuits like crafting – all housed alongside an open bathroom and cozy bed with beautiful wooden accents.

Paying homage to the studio’s original architecture, a charmingly decorated exterior features an intricately designed clay vase adorned with Monstera leaves and a tranquil fountain that creates the perfect ambiance of gentle cascading water.

This cozy nook near the entrance of the studio or home invites visitors to sit and relax, surrounded by a softly cushioned wicker chair next to an intricately carved table with its wooden legs.

Any reader would love this spot for some peaceful contemplation!

The entry into the property is like stepping through a doorway to another realm: one arch leads you straight to the creative studio, while taking its companion will transport you down an inviting path towards a serene patio and majestic main house.

The terrace renovation opened new possibilities; instead of simply demolishing trees, the extended floor now embraces them in an imaginative way.

Where nature and construction meet, a barrier blurs as enough space is left to ensure that these majestic organisms can remain healthy despite their newfound living arrangement.
